How do I use the Audio Tour?
It’s very easy. Click the picture above to gain access to the tour. You will require an unlock code which will be given to you at the ticket office.
What do I need to be able to hear the Audio Tour?
You’ll need your smartphone or tablet. Also, bring your earbuds or earphones.
If you don’t have any, don’t worry, we have plenty of cheap earphones at the ticket office.
DO NOT wear big headphones as you will need to wear a helmet when visiting the caverns.
Anything else I need to know?
YES – as the tour is underground, you will need to download the tour to your smartphone or tablet. There is a download button on the tour front page.
BEFORE starting the tour, switch your phone wireless & mobile data off (to avoid your phone trying to connect to the internet during the tour).
I there any charge for the Audio Tour?
Absolutely no charge – it’s free!
