Multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter & producer Dos Floris creates and performs music that results in emotional, unique, and cinematic soundscapes.
Her debut album “The Widowed Earth”, released in November 2015, led to comparisons to the likes of Bjork, Sigur Ros, Cocteau Twins, Radiohead, and Kate Bush and was called one of the best albums of 2015 by underground music blogs, community radio stations and independent record shops.
Her live concerts are played solo, using an array of instruments, keys, flute, a stringed walking stick, looping pedal and vocals and have earned her the name of a “one woman electronic powerhouse”
Firmly a believer that a live show should be a live show, not a playback of a studio album, the songs have been developed to exceed their recorded versions and create a flowing hypnotic, seamless musical set. Quite simply there is no better place to hear her music than in the natural surroundings of the Carnglaze Caverns.
